Sanchayita Ray is the CEO of Maxfield Research and Consulting and a strategy-driven executive with over 28 years of experience building, advising, and leading organizations across multiple industries. She leads Maxfield’s strategy and operations, helping clients make data-driven decisions through rigorous analytics and insight-led approaches. Sanchayita holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, and her career spans senior roles in strategy, business development, investing, and risk management across the energy, food, construction, and real estate sectors. She also serves in board and in governance roles with several Twin Cities nonprofit organizations.
