Maxfield Research Inc. provides consulting and strategic planning services for
on-campus student housing facilities and off-campus private developments
targeting students, alumni, and/or faculty. Clients include colleges and
universities, technical colleges, state college and university systems, facility
planners, private developers, and joint ventures. Student housing study findings are utilized by our clients to determine the feasibility of a project, which may
include a new housing product, retrofitting existing housing types, eliminating beds, etc.

Maxfield Research assesses the potential demand for current and future student housing and makes recommendations based on number of units, unit mix, pricing, features and amenities, occupancies, etc. In addition, we can provide pro forma
operating expenses for the subject project. Existing student housing, alternative housing on campus and in the surrounding area, as well as, reviewal of enrollment trends have an impact on the student characterizatons and preferences assessed.
