investors, lenders, and private developers to assess the market potential for
condominium projects; including new construction and condominium. In
addition, we work with condominium developments within mixed-use
developments, transit-oriented developments, and also work with the
repositioning distressed condominium projects. 
 
The work program typically includes the following components:

· Identification of a draw area appropriate for the proposed development
· Analysis of demographic and economic growth trends
· Analysis of single-family and multifamily resale values
· Survey of competitive properties (i.e. pricing, unit mix, buyer profiles, etc.)
· Interviews with housing professionals and area Realtors
· Calculation of demand supportable on the site
· Conclusions and recommendations
 
Recommendations include the number of units achievable on the site, unit mix, sizes, pricing, features and amenities, absorptions, and market positioning.
