Ms. Freiborg joined Maxfield Research in 2007 as a Research Analyst. Kristi’s partnership with the firm includes research and analysis for a broad spectrum of clients and real estate sectors.
Since joining the firm, Kristi has completed and assisted with a variety of preliminary market assessments and full market feasibility studies, including studies for general occupancy for-sale and rental housing products and age-restricted housing products across the service spectrum. She has provided research support on these studies to assess market potential for additional housing product based on demographic, economic and competitive variables that impact demand in a given market area, to quantify market potential for additional housing product, to consider appropriate development timing and positioning, and to assist the client with marketing considerations to increase market acceptance and absorption of the subject development. Kristi has worked with private development and municipal groups in several Minnesota communities as well as in North Dakota, Nebraska, New York, and Wisconsin.
Prior to joining Maxfield Research, Kristi was employed by Bethel University and Seminary where her responsibilities included project management for new program development, student advisement, and promotional initiatives for existing program growth.
Kristi is a graduate of Bethel University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Communications.
