Brian has served a broad range of clients providing analysis and consulting on affordable and market rate rental housing, for-sale housing, senior housing, comprehensive housing needs, retail, commercial, industrial, and banking feasibilities.
Brian is proficient with the statistical and mapping software used by Maxfield to interpret their collection of data for analysis.
Prior to joining Maxfield, Brian served as an event researcher for a promotional marketing firm in Minneapolis. His responsibilities included assembling event information from across the country and assisting project managers with analysis for clients such as 7-UP, Oil of Olay, Lindt Chocolates, and Nabisco.
Brian is a graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
