Daniel joined Maxfield Research as a Research Analyst in July 2010. He has been an intern with Maxfield since 2008.
 
Daniel has worked at Maxfield Research compiling information and demographics for housing market feasibility studies on senior, market rate and subsidized rental, downtown redevelopment, student housing, hotel, rental conversions, and for-sale housing primarily in the Upper Midwest.
 
Prior to coming to Maxfield, Daniel worked at Hennepin County in the Commissioner’s Office where he worked on numerous projects pertaining to affordable housing, improvement of social programs and public assistance, and the advancement of light rail transportation in the Twin Cities. He also has previous experience working in property management and (re)development in the Uptown area of Minneapolis and throughout the Twin Cities.
